2. Prompt actions are being taken by the President Shri Pahlaj Nihlani to solve various problems connected with both Central and State Governments.

4. At AMPTPP more problems are solved in a day than problems received by other Associations in months.
5. Only Association which offers full and free help to members if they are stuck in legal problems or litigations.
6. In case of complaints file your complaint against artiste, technicians, distributor, exporters and/or against any member of this association etc. without paying any complaint fees.
7. All complaints are being promptly attended and problems solved to protect the interest of all members.
8. Only association to have a co-ordination committee with CINTAA (Cine & TV Artistes Association) to resolve disputes between Producers and Artistes and vice versa.
9. Only association to have Joint Disputes Settlement Committee with Federation of Western India Cine Employees (F.W.I.C.E) to resolve disputes between Producers and Technicians and vice versa.
10. Working arrangement with IMI to stop illegal telecasting of films/TV Serials and showing films clips containing songs sequences by various Satellite Channels.
11. Collect Title Registration Certificate for submission to Central Board of Film Certification immediately.
12. Clearing Publicity Design without any delay.
13. Only Association not using Publicity Screening power to levy and collect fines and dues.
14. Association settles most of the disputes even without referring the same to the joint disputes settlement committee and/or co-ordination committee, as the case may be, in case of emergency and as per merits of the case.
15. Contact the Association for getting all assistance at any time because all staff members are working without any lunch break and even working after office hours if there is any urgent work.
16. Contact the Director General at any time both day and night, as he is available on Phone and Mobile to solve any and every problem.
17. The President and members of the Governing Council are always available to discuss and solve any problem of members.
18. The AMPTPP is an Association of active Producers' and functions without any political interference and/or any trade union.
19. Only Association which has succeeded in making various channels change the titles of their T.V. Serials if they are using titles registered in favor of AMPTPP members.
20. Only Association which is for the member, by the member and of the member, where member is the king as there is no bureaucracy in its working.
21. Identity Cards are issued fro three years at a time, and if you lose your card you can collect your duplicate Identity card on the spot without paying any extra fees.
22. Collect your Membership Certificate as and when needed.
