Technical Analysis

Jag Mundra doesn,t want to be associated with this flick. So sad, he should have taken credit at least for the ‘treatment’ shown in the film as this one is better then his previous ‘Apartment’. The movie is unintentionally hilarious where the hero goes into a comma and land up in some center somewhere and finds the nurse doing a strip tease in order to jagao (read arouse) his sensibilities which is lost due to some bullet that went through him after a long chase with police. If the title ‘chase’ has you expecting an edge of the seat thriller then better brace yourself. A better title might be……………. Forget it.

Commencing with a chase which is a poor inspiration of the Bourne films designed to connote who knows what.

Amateurish in many department, chase is a big waste.

With only two noticeable element, the smart editing by Ram Singh and Prateek Panddiya in those chase sequences. And acting not by lead pair but supporting cast like Samir Kocchhar and Rajesh Khattar.
Other departments care takers just pass the muster in this cliché plot of begunah (innocent) framed for a murder which he has not committed and police industrialist nexus, an undercover lady police officer who falls in love with the accused who already has a girlfriend then one of the gals dies then a sting operation.

The Story

Sohail (Anuuj Saxena) is a man on the run. DIG Ranveer (Rajesh Khattar) has vested interest in getting to the bottom of a murder in which Sohail is involved. Insp. Siddharth (Samir Kochhar) is the right hand of the DIG, who is monitoring Sohail's actions.

Enter Nupur (Udita Goswami) who is involved with Sohail closely. The other players of this chase are Surabhee (Tarina Patel), Sohail's love interest and industrialist Mr. Khanna (Aditya Raj Kapoor), for whom money is the solution of all problems. Also, there is Anthony D'Costa (Gulshan Grover), who is also in search for the truth.



Promotion

Honestly the promotion has been fair and if anybody knows about this not much of a star value film are entirely the hones t efforts of its promoters and media consultants.
