Technical Analysis
K…K…K…K…K..Krrish, we would have loved you if we had met during the 70’s and 80’s when such masala was the mantra of success be it Hollywood or Bolywood, this fatal attractions had been done time and again but the most memorable ones will always be Sharukh Khan’s ‘Darr’ in Bollywood and Poison Ivy’s in Hollywood.

It’s not criminal to get inspired by something intriguing, chilling & exciting which has made its name in the books of B.O. success but it can always be done & presented with the current sync by trying some innovations in film crafts and techniques especially when someone is making his debut.

But unfortunately, the writer and the director team over here make ‘Kaash…Mere Hote’ a humdrum affair which is totally out of sync in almost every department thanks to the writer ( Prakash Pange) and narrator (B.H. Tharun Kumar) who leave no stone unturned in churning ‘Kaash…..Mere Hote’ an affair that audience will love to forget.

Bad luck for debutant Kumar Saahil who deserved a better deal, he is fresh and could have been prepared in a better way.

Its is hard to believe that the film which is a launch pad for this debutant turns out to be a better show for the girl Sanna Mirza who gets more footage then the hero and ironically, the movie revolves around the actress not the debutant.

Another major blunder where even Sanjeev Darshan’s music fails to provide any respite. The girl seems to have supernatural powers, songs prop up one after another. Johny Lever is wasted, he is good (as always) but his comedy doesn’t connect with the film.

Sneha Ullal needs a crash course in acting. Anyhow, Sana Mirza impresses. B.H. Tharun Kumar should strictly return back to his dancing studios and someone should lock him form inside. He has already proven his caliber as a director with ‘Rafoo Chakkar’s and Naye Padosan’s’, where he is going from bad to worse.

If he is confined in his dancing studios from now on then at least there is a chance of some dreams getting fulfilled. Otherwise there will such humdrum affairs where ex-superstars like Rajesh Khanna will be reduced to hamming and drinking, digs made on the Bachchan’s, the villain will enjoy the maximum footage & the debutant will wonder for whom was the film being made. What a waste.

The Story
Krish (Kumar Saahil) is a fashion photographer, in love with Radhika (Sneha Ullal). Krish gets an assignment to shoot in Mauritius, where Piya (Sanna Mirza) first sees him and falls in love.
Later, Krish gets a retired army officer's (Rajesh Khanna) bungalow on rent. For Piya, the army officer's daughter, it's the perfect opportunity to seduce him. Piya will kill everyone and anyone who comes in her way.

Promotion
Promotion has been reasonable in indoors and outdoors but nothing innovative has been tried to inject some buzz.

Business Analysis
It is very unlikely that the audience will be prepared to give a date to this outdated thriller.
