The objective of this is to ensure right collection amounts (reported) and result in better governance of film collection reporting.

Methodology
For every set of prints, specific persons are deputed to monitor the print & its movement. Monitoring is done at major 6 circuits for the first 4 weeks of film release. The person deputed visits each theatre within his region and gets the collection amount data & reconcile it with actual collections. Cross checking of collection amount reported is undertaken with official theatre staff. Daily report of these collection figures is sent to FPFAC central office & data is gathered & compiled. FPFAC in-turn compiles a report on a weekly basis to handover this figures to main distributors.
