On January 28, 2003 the entire programme (including screening times) will be available on their website. Prior to this date, press releases will announce films, events, sidebars, juries etc. Details on Submission of the films is available on their website. The fee is EUR 105- for each film or videocassette, regardless of the number of section for which the film is to be entered. No entry will be considered until the fee of registration and the screening for selection has been paid. For short films the fee is EUR 50
The deadline for film entries is November 5, 2002.

Eilat International Film Festival
March 19 – 22, 2003
The festival will extend over a 4-day period during which about 40 films will be featured: full-length feature films, 60 minute made for TV movies, documentaries, student films and short films. In each category, 2-3 Israeli films produced in the last two years, will be showcased. The festival shall provide a prominent and respectable stage for new films and made for television movies from all over the world, with an emphasis on original Israeli creations and emerging and veteran filmmakers alike. Directors, screenwriters, producers and actors will be invited to the festival, as well as local and foreign film distributors who will appear in order to present and promote their films.

The XXXIII Tampere International Short Film Festival
5-9 of March, 2003
Tampere Film Festival is organised for the next time during 5-9 of March, 2003. Programme includes both rare films of the famous film directors and also works of new film makers. Basic structure of the programme is compiled of special screenings and the competitions: International, National and Micromovies Competition. Tampere Film Festival is an independent short film festival with an international and national competition. The competitions are open and free for all who want to submit a film for the preview. It is organized by the association Tampere Film Festival and receives financial support from the City of Tampere, the Finnish Film Foundation, the Ministry of Education, and other public and private partners. The Festival is acknowledged by the International Federation of Film Producers Association FIAPF/IFFPA and abides by its instructions and regulations. It is a member of the International Film Conference ISFC and of the European Coordination of Film Festivals
The submission deadline is December 5, 2002
The following material has to be sent together with each submittedfilm:
1) A VHS copy or a DVD of the film (max 3 films per tape)
2) A FULLY filled entry form
3) A complete list of dialogue, commentary and/or text inserts in original language AND in one internationally used language
4) At least 1 photo
For preview screenings only VHS tapes and DVD discs will be accepted. Tapes or DVDs must be sent by mail or courier service and carry the declaration: “For Temporary, cultural purpose only. No Commercial Value.”
