FOUNDATION FOR THE PROMOTION OF FILM ARTS & CRAFTS
IS LIKE A SUPERMARKET OF ENTERTAINMENT
Associate Membership can be availed at just Rs.2,000/- [Entrance Fee - Rs.1000/- + Yearly Subscription fee - Rs. 1,000/-]
It entitles you to :
Your Profile shall be included in the members' directory of the Foundation website along with the details of your Software/Projects to be marketed.
The current status of your film/TV software production shall be included in the magazine published by the Foundation that has a reach worldwide. (You are required to submit synopsis, list of cast & crew, stills, copy of the film etc.) It shall also feature specific information in the interest of Production, Exhibition & Distribution sectors along with detailed information on film festivals, technology etc.
The Foundation shall organize film markets where promos, trailers, as well as trials of members' films / TV software shall be promoted in a week long film market, previously announced & advertised to all distributors & exhibitors so that straight deals can be struck.
All the Filmmakers, Distributors & Exhibitors who are our members too, the Foundation shall facilitate in procuring rights of the films/TV software of the members. The Foundation shall also conduct deals on behalf of its members with non-members.
In case of the Producer members who have already made films, the Foundation would facilitate to market their software/project internationally.
The website of the Foundation shall give information about the films/TV software including territories sold & territories open.
For new films about to be started / planned, the Foundation shall facilitate the production design, identify the target audience for the film, pre post-production facilities at reasonable rates & all the necessary action required to promote the film/TV software.
Facilitate filming outside India, including applying for visas, international crew, technicians & post-production facilities.
Facilitate participation in various International Film Festivals (Over 350 Int’l Film Festivals are conducted round the year throughout the world), thereby broadening the overseas market & not restricting only to a couple of popular film festivals.
Detailed information about the Exhibitors & Distributors, & International Software buyers & sellers shall be available on the Internet and the Foundation's magazine.
If any Producer member has an unreleased film / TV software, it can be sold through the Foundation & dead investment could be partially recovered.
There are a number of films which are released only in a few territories. The Foundation could facilitate in selling the film / TV software in other open territories.
THE FOUNDATION SHALL RETAIN 15% ON EACH DEAL COMPLETED.

NAME OF THE COMPANY, CONTACT PERSON, CONTACT NOS., FAX NOS., EMAIL ID, WEBSITE ADDRESS, COMPANY PROFILE, PROJECTS READY TO MARKET (Synopsis, 2 Stills, Cast & Credit list, sample publicity material, Territories Sold / Open), PROJECTS UNDER PRODUCTION
(P.S. Promos and Trailors of the film shall be put up on the website at a nominal cost)
FOR SELLING THE FILM / TV SOFTWARE :
NAME OF THE COMPANY, CONTACT PERSON, CONTACT NOS., FAX NOS., EMAIL ID, WEBSITE ADDRESS, COMPANY PROFILE, PROJECTS READY TO MARKET (CD/VIDEO of the Completed Portion, Synopsis, 2 Stills, Cast & Credit list, sample publicity material, Territories Sold / Open).
