Exhibition
The exhibition is going to be held over three days at the venue, simultaneously with the conference.
Day I : 10.00 am Inauguration of the exhibition, open till 7.30 pm
Day II : 10.00 am to 8.00 pm
Day III : 10.00 am to 8.00 pm
TARIFF :
The exhibition is handled by our contractors, M/s Shezar Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The exhibition stalls are available in various sizes of 9 sq. mts. (3mts.x 3mts.), 12 sq. mts ( 4mts X 3 mts.) and others. Please refer floor plan for exact location and sizes.
The rates for each square metre for stalls include self sufficient shell construction with fascia, lights, electricity points, display tables and chairs.
- For India-based Members of the Foundation : Rs. 4500 per sq mt.
- For Overseas Members of the Foundation : US $ 125 per sq. mt.
- For India-based non-members: Rs. 5000 per sq mt.
- For Overseas non-members: US $ 150 per sq. mt.
- For Members of Partner Country - S A Delegation (Stall Numbers SA 1-12): US $ 100 per sq. mt.
Each 9 sq. mt stall has a frontage of 3 mts and 12 sq. mt stalls have a frontage of 4 sq. mts. Exhibitors can book multiple stalls. More information shall be provided (in the form of the Exhibitor Information Booklet) after registration of stall space. All delegate fees paid shall be construed as donation to the FPFAC which is a registered public charitable trust, eligible for tax exemption u/s 80(G). Tax exempt receipts shell be issued for the same.
BENEFITS
Exhibitors will also get two delegate passes to the conference (per stall, irrespective of the size), which are included in the stall rental. Extra delegates will have to be registered.
Exhibitors can also avail of special offers on accommodation available to delegates.
WHO WILL VISIT
We have the support of all trade associations and bodies in the Indian Film Industry, and we are specially inviting :
1. All 12000 members of the various affiliates of the Film Federation of India to the event, which includes Producers, Directors, DOP's and other technicans .
2. All members of the Film Foundation
3. All members of the Documentary, Short Films and Ad film Associations.
4. All members of the Advertising Club, Mumbai.
Entry is strictly by invitation and to the members of the trade only.
Stalls are available on a first come first served basis.
