Well I can say Akshay & I, we both are very good actors (laughs)… - Katrina Kaif.

Tickled and blissful by the initial reactions of ‘Singh Is Kinng’, the sexiest woman (FHM world poll) is now the ‘Sabsay favourite heroine’ of all. We caught the actress enjoying the initial bouquets and accolades for the film and get her to talk about what makes Akshay and Katrina a hit jodi, working with Salman and whether she considers herself to be really sexy.

Q: So ready to give another huge hit?
A: Well, I hope so...  my fingers are crossed. We all have worked very hard of this film like the way we do for all the films. The constant feedback we have got is that the film is looking great… In fact I saw the movie two days back, and called Aneez ji right away that he had made a great film. I loved it. I must say this is Akshay's movie. He has done a phenomenal job.

Q: What makes the chemistry between Akshay Kumar & you click at the box-office.
A: Well I can say Akshay & I, we both are very good actors (laughs)… We have had two huge hits behind us - Namastey London and Welcome… so everyone has been offering some very good scripts. Basically we both have been very lucky to get opportunities where we can bring out our best. It is that we both were offered such roles that would be liked by the audience.

Q: Those who have seen the film are calling it as an Akshay show right from start, on what basis did you agreed to do this film?
A: Honestly I did not think at all before taking up Singh is Kinng... Vipul my producer has given me Namastey London, which is very special to my career and me... When he approached me with the role of Sonia, I agreed to it immediately…even if he had asked to play a tree in the film I would have. There is an emotional bond I share with him. Moreover, I'm working with people who are known to me. I have worked with Vipul, Aneez ji and Akshay before. So that is a huge comfort level for me… I have just recently done Welcome with Anees Bazmi, Namastey London and Welcome with Akshay Kumar…

Q: After Welcome, how was it working with Aneez ji again?
A: I must say he is a commercially sound director. He knows it very well what the audience will like. I feel lucky to work with him again. It was wonderful.

Q: When do we get to see you with Salman again?
A: We are working together in Subhash ji's film Main Yuvraj... It should release by end of this year or next year.

Q: Salman is open to press about his relationships, when will we get you to speak about it?
A: I'm not aware about it. And please I don't like to speak about my personal life.

Q: There is some buzz amongst a section of the industry that Salman has been your ticket to your success in bollywood?
A: Well, I really don't care what people say. I know how much one has to put in as hard work in one film. Let them say what they feel. Honestly, God has given me so much, I feel so blessed. I have got so much that I feel very petty to even comment or clarify on such issues.

Q: Some say that it’s Aksahy who makes Katrina shine at Box-office.?
A: It is not like that at all… in fact I have been very lucky.  I have worked with Salman in Maine Pyar Kyun Kiya again a hit, Race with Saif Ali Khan, Partner with Govinda and Apne with Bobby Deol… and then Akshay and I have given two big hits…

Q: You have been voted as the sexiest woman by a Magazine. How does it feel to u?
A: Oh! Please… That is not supposed to be taken seriously. You know they have used a wrong word. I don't consider myself as sexy. Basically, by saying sexy they meant nice, cute, glamorous… anyways these polls are very flattering.
