Big Music performers being offered ‘360 degree’ contracts.

Big Music, the music label launched by India's Reliance ADA group last year, has diversified into artiste management. Music acts it has enlisted include Raghav, Hard Kaur ( do ja mere pyaar mein fame), the U.K.-based performer and Pakistani singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan.
Performers are being offered '360 degree' contracts – a controversial subject in the music industry these days – spanning recorded and live music, events and TV performances. Company next intends to hatch a venture for music composers and lyricists.
