National award winner writer  Swanand Kirkire, visited Digital Academy – The Film School for a Guest lecture. The ambience was overflowing with students, eager enough to absorb every chunk of information bestowed upon them by the mastermind.

Mr. Kirkire, was highly impressed with the Passion for Film making displayed by the students and said “The students of the Academy are a very enthusiastic lot and it gives me immense pleasure to see such passion in the eyes of such young people. He was also very happy to know that many faculty have won National Awards .The fact that the Director of the Academy, Mr. Kartikeya Talreja, is himself an ardent lover of Music and Films, so it is well understood that the quality of education imparted to the students would be brilliant”   . Mr Kartikeya Talreja,Director of the Film School  on the visit of Mr Kirkire said the “ It was an honour to have such a talented person such as Mr Kirkire and that the students were extremely motivated and inspired by his visit.
